With a print, the aspect ratio, the direction and the crop all matter. Studio shows the motif in the real shape of your protector. A screen is not a physical colour proof, though - the brightness and colours of the finished print may differ slightly.

FAQ

Questions about Proteluna Design

How faithfully does the preview show the result?
The technical preview faithfully checks the shape, the aspect ratio and the approved placement of the motif. A monitor is not a colour proof, though; physical colours and brightness may differ slightly depending on the material, the print and the screen.
Can I change the crop of the motif?
If an editor is available for that motif, you can adjust the permitted offset, scale and orientation. The confirmed transform is stored with the order. If no editor is available, a directional motif is not ordered automatically.
Can I upload my own photograph?
Not at the moment. For now you choose from a curated collection of motifs with controlled resolution and production readiness.
Will the colours match my monitor?
An absolute match with every screen cannot be guaranteed. We show real printed details and state the confirmed print profile, without promising a match to your monitor.
How is a Design protector cleaned?
Use a soft damp cloth and mild soapy water. Do not use sharp scrapers, abrasives or strong solvents.
Can the same motif be ordered again?
A repeat order has to use the stored approved specification and the current material revision. If the production profile has changed, the system asks for a new confirmation.
