The business process
From a list of surfaces to a repeatable specification.
You send a business brief
In the form you give the number of pieces, the sizes, the surface types and a short description of the use. Text is enough - you don't have to upload anything.
We fill in what is missing by email
If anything is missing for the quote, we will email you. In the same message we will ask for photographs or a drawing, if they are needed for that shape.
We verify that the brief can be made
We go through the shape, the sizes and the chosen finish of the flexible 2 mm protector. An unusual outline and bespoke artwork are part of the individual quote.
We send a quote and a specification
The quote gives you the price, the production specification and a drawing of the shape with its sizes. We give a date only when we can confirm it - if we do not know it yet, we say so.
You approve the quote in writing
Production starts only after your written approval of the quote and the specification. Until then nothing is made and nothing is charged.
We make and deliver the pieces
We make the pieces to the approved specification and deliver them to the agreed address. We store the specification so you can order the same size again.
Bespoke business printing is part of the individual quote.
Availability depends on the resolution, the rights to use the artwork, the shape and production readiness. Uploading a logo is not by itself a confirmation of an order. We will ask for a secure handover of the source files after our first reply to your brief.
