From configuration to production
The details you confirm are not lost along the way.
Every step holds the same configuration - from your design all the way to the final check. Nothing is retyped by hand along the way.
You create the design of your protector in Studio.
The server verifies the shape, sizes, material and price.
You confirm the technical preview and the terms.
A locked quote and an immutable production record are created.
After payment the system verifies the item once more.
Only a valid production record enters the correct production route.
Production and the final check both work from the same configuration.
What the preview guarantees

The interactive room helps you picture the protector in context. The technical preview checks the shape, the sizes, the radius and, with a print, the approved placement of the motif. The colours on a monitor are not a physical print proof.

Payment and order
An order that knows exactly what we are making.
You complete the order in the secure Shopify checkout. You will see an estimated product price in Studio before the cart; shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
Secure checkout
The payment is processed by Shopify. The available payment methods appear at checkout according to your market - we use only those that are actually active.
Price and VAT
The price is stated incl. VAT. You will see an estimated product price in Studio before the cart, according to your particular configuration; the binding amount is confirmed when you order.
What is stored with the item
The confirmed shape, sizes, material and preview are stored with the ordered item - exactly what you approved.
Why there is no plus/minus quantity
Every piece is made to measure, so it is its own confirmed item. You do not change the quantity with a stepper in the cart.
Editing and duplicating
You can edit or duplicate an item in the cart and the design is recalculated. Useful when you want several pieces with small differences.
The check after payment
After payment one more automatic check runs. If something does not match, we put the order on hold and get in touch - instead of quietly sending out the wrong piece.
Shipping, production and a made-to-measure product
Production, dispatch and delivery are three different things.
Because we make to measure only after you order, the timing is made up of three phases. Studio does not show a specific date yet - no dates made up in advance.

We pack the finished piece and hand it to the carrier.
3 · Delivery
The carrier delivers
How long it then takes depends on the carrier and your market.
A damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents and get in touch as soon as you can. We deal with transport damage together with you.

A made-to-measure product and your rights
The protector is made to measure, so specific terms apply to it according to your market. Your statutory rights in the event of a defect remain unaffected.
