Is Proteluna real glass?
No. Proteluna is a flexible 2 mm surface protector; it is neither mineral nor toughened glass.
How thick is the protector and what is it made of?
The launch finish is a flexible 2 mm surface protector. The real edge, how it behaves on surfaces and the limits of use are explained up close on the Material and care page.

Which surfaces is Proteluna made for?
The protector is made to measure for the surfaces where everyday life happens - a dining or coffee table, a work desk, a sideboard, a windowsill, the bottom of a drawer or a pantry shelf. With lacquer and wood we recommend checking compatibility in advance.

Do not place the protector directly under a hot or heated appliance without confirmed compatibility and a suitable separate heat-resistant mat.
Is the protector waterproof?
It is not a watertight tray. The protector can separate the surface from everyday drips, but wipe up water as soon as you can - moisture must not stay sealed between the surface and the protector.
Shape and measuring
Can I choose my own size?
Yes. You pick a supported shape and enter the finished sizes you want to receive. A different or irregular shape cannot be ordered directly in Studio - contact us for an individual enquiry.
Which shapes do you support?
Rectangle, square, circle, rounded rectangle and capsule (stadium) shape. A different or irregular shape cannot be ordered directly in Studio - contact us. The procedure for every shape is in the How to measure guide.
How to measure correctly →Should I add an allowance to the size?
No. Enter the finished size you want to receive; do not add a compensation of your own. The tolerance is defined only by the confirmed contract.
Clear and Design
What is the difference between Clear and Design?
Clear leaves the surface under the protector visible. Design adds a chosen motif. Both finishes are made to the shape and sizes you confirm.
Where and how do I choose a motif?
You choose the motif in Studio; with a print, you check its placement and crop in the technical view. More about the printed finish is on the Design page.

What exactly will I see in the preview?
A drawing with your shape, the finished sizes and, with a print, where the motif sits - that is what you use to check the configuration. The gallery also has product photographs of the same finish.
What is the technical view for?
In the technical view you check the shape, the size and, with a print, where the motif sits - before you send the product to be made.
Price and ordering
When will I see the price?
Once you have entered the details, the server verifies the configuration and shows an estimated product price before you add it to the cart. Shipping is calculated in the Shopify checkout once you enter your address. Studio does not yet show a specific date for dispatch.
How does payment work?
You complete the order through the secure Shopify checkout. You will see an estimated product price in Studio before the cart.

Yes. You can safely save a design in progress in Studio and come back to it later.
Production and shipping
When will I see the production and delivery date?
Studio does not yet show a specific date for production or delivery, and we do not promise one in advance. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will find the tracking details on the order status page.
Where do you deliver?
Shipping and payment both run through Shopify. The checkout shows the countries we deliver to and the shipping cost after you enter your address.
Where is the protector made?
The protector is made to measure in Slovakia. We show the real people, the technology and the process on the Quality and trust page.

With simple cleaning and no aggressive tools. The exact limits of use and our recommendations are on the Material and care page.
Material and care →Can the protector handle solvents or perfume?
Perfumes, nail polish removers and solvents can damage the material. We make no chemical-resistance claim without a test; wipe up any spill as soon as you can.
Complaints and made-to-measure products
Can a made-to-measure product be returned?
Specific withdrawal rules may apply to products made to individual specifications. We show the exact terms for your market before you confirm the order; your statutory rights in the event of a defect are not affected.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Write to us through the Contact page - you pick a reason (a complaint, for example) and the form routes you into the right support workflow.
